Julia Bach, Aesthetician, Aesthetica Skin Health CenterJulia Bach, LE
Medical Aesthetics Specialist
“I really love that we are able to help clients feel comfortable in their skin; it is so great when clients tell me that they don’t wear foundation anymore because they no longer have anything to conceal!”

Originally from Minnesota, Julia moved to Chicago in 2000 in order to complete the 750 hours of training required to become a Licensed Aesthetician.  From the start of her career as an Aesthetician, Julia was interested in learning about procedures that could be offered only under a physician’s guidance because she understood the limits of improvement that over-the-counter creams and spa services could provide.  When she decided to move to Madison in July, 2003, she knew that she wanted to work for Dr. Richard Parfitt because of his reputation for excellence.  She has been working for Dr. Parfitt and AestheticA Skin Center for over 5 years now, and she is currently continuing her education by pursuing a B.S. in Nursing.  Under Dr. Parfitt’s training, Julia has become one of the leading Aesthetician injectors in the State, and enjoys the art and precision needed to get outstanding results with BOTOX and dermal fillers.  In addition to providing skin treatments, she also works with patients who have had cosmetic surgery, caring for them after surgery in the on-site surgical suite, as well as completing post-operative care in the week following surgery. Most importantly, she appreciates the practice philosophy of only offering treatments that have consistently proven results that the customers find value in, and doing everything we can to give the customer the best experience and outcome possible.

Taryn  Sutter, LE
Medical Aesthetics Specialist

A graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison, Taryn went on to earn her Aesthetician license in 2005, while working as an office coordinator at a cosmetic practice.  She realized then that her love for science and medicine could be joined with her new found passion for aesthetics, offering individuals the opportunity for enhanced beauty and confidence, while providing excellence in customer service. Taryn has recently joined the staff at AestheticA, excited to work under a physician who implements education and awareness to all of his patients, while providing excellence in cosmetic surgery.  Dr. Parfitt’s thorough approach to procedures and overall quality satisfaction is why Taryn was thrilled to join the staff and have the opportunity to work for such a highly qualified and recognized facility. She loves the positive work environment and energy her co-workers bring on a daily basis.

"That seeing a reflection of yourself that matches how you feel and think inside is priceless."

Melinda, a Portland, Oregon native moved to Wisconsin in 2001 to start a new life's adventure. Twenty years of banking experience which included five years as a Private Banker and many years of Interior Design has given her the perfect background experience in customer service, detailed office operations and coordination of surgeries. Melinda has personally experienced the benefits of Dr. Parfitt's skill by having a number of facial surgical procedures including face lift, forehead lift, upper and lower eyes, rhinoplasty and chin augmentation as well as Botox and fillers. She is able to understand from this experience, the process of "doing the homework" in researching the procedures of interest, making a decision, and the nervousness the days prior to surgery. Melinda believes the decision to have facial surgery should belong only to the individual and not based on what others may think or say.
