The cost of fillers, IPL and other facial maintenance is higher than the prices I paid in CA when I lived there. I work in Chicago and Appleton and live in Appleton. I really like the nurse and location in Appleton, but I will probably look in Chicago because I can't afford to pay top dollar for my regular maintenance. In CA, my friend is paying $150 for a laser treatment, $400 for juvaderm, and $10 for a unit of botox.

I find the question asking how satisfied I am with the price of Botox to be an oxymoron; of course I'd like Botox to cost less money especially since it has been less than two months since I spent over $20,000 for facial cosmetic surgery. I was hoping the forehead lift would eliminate the frown lines between my eyes. About a year ago Dr. Cynthia Geocaris of Green Bay injected me with Botox to reduce the frown lines. I experienced a slight head pressure for about two months and had only minuscule improvement between my brows from the procedure. Even the slight improvement lasted less than two months! I was very dissatisfied given the cost. The Botox procedure at Dr. Parfitt's office, however, provided me with nearly instant results! There is certainly truth that in order to achieve maximum results from Botox you must have an experienced and talented administrator of Botox. After my injection at Dr. Parfitt's office I did not experience any head pressure like what occurred from Dr. Geocaris and I even forgot that I'd had the procedure until I saw favorable results in the mirror!

This was such a positive experience. I would never believed what a smooth transition from start to finish, had I not experienced it in person. From a very professional staff to first class accomadations. Between Dr. and staff, was very much like a family atmosphere, and that was very calming. I instantly felt safe and excited for the surgery. Reading the proceedure booklet was very informative and went just as described. The web site provided loads of helpful information. The Dr. is easy, and available to talk to, or contact for any personal concearns at anytime. My results are fabulous! I'm still in recovery, the changes are still happening daily. I am thrilled!

I just had some extractions performed by Taryn - so far things are looking good. I was also the lucky winner of the Obagi system. I have been using the Exofoderm for over two years (on the recommendation of Julie who peformed the laser vein treatment) and really like the Obagi products. I am thrilled to now have the full system.

I am committed to taking the best possible care of my skin and making some subtle improvements over the next couple of years - neck tightening sounds like just what I need!

The facilities are top notch, but this is not the reason that Doc Parfitt's practice is great. Greatness, in this instance, comes from a surgeon who considers himself to be an artist and who considers the work that he does to be humanitarian in nature. These factors work together to produce stunning, transformative results that always look very natural. This, coupled with an entire staff (including Dr. Parfitt) that treats a patient with respect and a willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that the patient's needs are being taken care of. In my own instance, this meant taking care of my son (who is both blind and deaf) and his dog as well. I am fortunate in that I have met many wonderful people in my life. Doc Parfitt and his staff are at the top of this list. I made an appointment with Doc Parfitt and told him that I was tired of people telling me that I looked tired and unhappy or angry. (Raising a blind/deaf son had worn me out!) I left everything in his and his staffs capable, caring hands and didn't worry about anything except showing up on time. Nobody has ever guessed that I had work done and nobody says that I look tired or worn out or unhappy or angry any more, because I look natural. . . .but I also look rested and refreshed. Parfitt Surgery Center is a place of quiet confidence, skill, humility and genuine caring.

Your facility is well staffed with friendly, competent and well groomed personnel. When asked, they are happy to share experiences with procedures they have had themselves or provide details about other procedures. I have not had surgery, yet, but I am confident that when I do I will be pleased with the results. Until then I will keep up my botox treatments. Dr. Parfitt certainly knows how to hire excellent people that add to his practice. And he has a lovely art glass collection and is handsome. Peggy is also a lovely person inside and out.

From start to finish, a really great experience. Top notch surgeon, staff and facilities. It would be hard to imagine how anything could be improved upon. Dr. Parfit is a meticulous, highly skilled surgeon who strives for natural looking results, which is exactly what ends up being the result of his effort. He is a genuinely nice person, a caring human being. As well, his staff shows the same level of care and the result is an experience that is worry free. All involved went up and beyond the call of duty in a situation that asked for extra effort and commitment. This was done in a manner which made me feel both fortunate and grateful. Dr. Parfit and his staff acted as though taking care of my needs (and the needs of my son and his service dog) was nothing out of the ordinary. Dr. Parfit and his staff (and facilities) form a team that provide excellent, natural results in a hassle-free and fun manner and all the time act as though this is the easiest thing in the world . . . . .which is exactly what it ended up being. Don't hesitate if you are considering surgery. He will make you look great and will do so in a way that makes you look natural and you will appreciate Dr. Parfit and his staff as though you have known them all your life.

While I was in for a consulation only, I was extremely pleased with the how my appointment was handled from start to finish. It was hard for me to make the decision to make an appointment, and I was tempted to cancel. I came in for my appointment very nervous and actually got teary-eyed more than once. Ann and Dr. Parfitt were so wonderful to talk to. I didn't feel like I was a "high-maintenance" chick. For somebody who was just curious about what treatments could be offered to somebody like me, I have to say that I am excited about my upcoming procedure. I have to comment on the professionalism of your staff member Julia. She is extemely knowledgeable about every procedure you offer instilling utter confidence in her and your clinic. I cannot speak too highly of her. Your new facility also is very nice. Your ability to meet the requested appointment times I needed was very appealling. Cost has gone up more than expected, but I would imagine it is in line with others. The only other thing I would say is, I do receive promotional pieces from other very reputable clinics and I don't believe you do this except for a birthday. You might want to consider this. Overall, outstanding in my opinion.

I have been very satisfied with the lasar hair removal I received in the bikini area and hope to add other places of hair removal in the future. I just had IPL (lasar brown spots and capillaries) done on my face and Jodie did a fantastic job of telling me all the facts beforehand and being sensitive to my first experience with it. Jodie made me feel comfortable during the procedure (and the ones I've had in the past) and told me to call if I had any questions after being home from the procedure. She told me what to expect when getting home and gave me all of the instructions/skin care items to use to make the IPL a success. I had a better-than-I-expected experience and hope to send friends and family for similar procedures (with Jodie).
